Housekeeping Attendant – Luxury Hotel (Dubai)

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant will ensure guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas are maintained to Forbes Five‑Star and Waldorf Astoria brand standards, delivering a superior guest experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, service and replenish guest rooms, bathrooms and assigned public areas.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards or lost‑and‑found items promptly.
• Support room release coordination with Floor Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Maintain control of housekeeping operations, including staff attendance, master key control and uniform/linen management.
• Review guest preferences and fulfill special requests such as floral arrangements or embroidered linen.
• Inspect and manage uniform cleaning or repair.
• Handle guest laundry items and provide backup for Laundry Attendant duties when needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a housekeeping role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, luxury‑hotel environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
