About the role
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and, if applicable, Laundry at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai. The role ensures guest rooms, public spaces and employee areas are clean, well maintained and meet brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Verify guest room status and communicate with Front Desk promptly.
- Inspect guestrooms daily and manage cleaning assignments.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure adequate stock.
- Supervise daily housekeeping shift operations and enforce policies.
- Train and schedule staff, track attendance, and handle HR activities.
- Conduct performance reviews, recognize staff, and manage disciplinary procedures.
- Address guest complaints and implement corrective action plans.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years housekeeping experience, OR
- 2‑year degree in Hotel Management or related field (no experience required).
