About the role

The Housekeeping Room Attendant joins a luxury hotel team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas while upholding the brand’s Gold Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are fresh, and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items such as towels, toiletries, and other amenities.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 50 lb.
