Housekeeping Team Leader – Abu Dhabi Airport International Business Park

About the role

Premier Inn Hotels Middle East is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to ensure rooms meet the brand’s high standards and to deliver outstanding guest experiences at the Abu Dhabi Airport International Business Park.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and train the housekeeping team, conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas and back‑office areas.
• Manage room allocations, shifts, stock levels and report any safety hazards, lost‑and‑found items or maintenance issues.
• Handle first‑level guest escalations, ensure safety procedures and emergency responses are followed.
• Monitor KPI’s, conduct briefings, shift handovers and support performance reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience leading a reception or housekeeping team in a branded hotel.
• Strong communication, conflict‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail, planning and organising skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Computer literate – Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Opera operations system.
