HR Admin Coordinator – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Admin Coordinator to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on UAE HR administration, visa processing, and employee documentation while supporting the broader HR function.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and candidate coordination.
• Verify employee documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Maintain confidential employee records and ensure proper organization.
• Handle employee visas, work permits, renewals, and cancellations in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Support onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation, and HR system data entry.
• Assist payroll administration by verifying timesheets, leave records, resignations, and employee information.
• Manage off‑boarding processes, including clearance procedures and asset collection.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–3 years of HR admin or coordination experience in the UAE.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR documentation.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional handling of confidential employee information.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve HR processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
