HR & Admin Officer – UAE (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR & Admin Officer with solid UAE experience to manage daily HR operations, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR records.
• Handle employment contracts, work permits, visas, and MOHRE processes.
• Track attendance, lateness, absences, and working‑hour records.
• Manage leave requests, balances, and payroll inputs in coordination with Finance.
• Support WPS and payroll compliance.
• Oversee recruitment, screening, interviews, and hiring.
• Conduct onboarding, induction, and off‑boarding activities.
• Monitor probation periods and evaluations.
• Coordinate performance reviews and Performance Improvement Plans.
• Administer disciplinary actions in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Maintain records of warnings, investigations, grievances, and complaints.
• Manage employee assets, uniforms, and related documentation.
• Prepare regular HR reports and updates for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
