HR Administration & Operations Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead HR administration and office operations for our Dubai office. The role involves managing day‑to‑day HR processes, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law, and supporting the business with efficient HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations, including offer letters, contracts, salary certificates and other employee documentation.
• Coordinate payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management and related HR administration.
• Maintain accurate employee files, records and documentation.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring proper document collection and system updates.
• Support visa, labour and regulatory documentation in collaboration with internal teams or external partners.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, company policies and internal HR procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees on HR operational matters.
• Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, status changes and other HR lifecycle events.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR administration and operations, preferably in a UAE‑based environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Effective communication skills to interact with employees and management.
