HR Administrator

About the role

Chic is looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator to support the day-to-day HR operations of its fashion retail business in Dubai. The role covers recruitment and onboarding, employee records, payroll and benefits, training, performance management and HR compliance, working closely with employees and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, personal documents, visas, attendance, leave, performance and disciplinary records
• Handle employee queries on HR policies, benefits, leave and payroll
• Post job vacancies, coordinate candidates and interviews, and prepare onboarding documents and orientation
• Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave and benefit records
• Support medical insurance, ticket allowances, incentives, commissions and other approved benefits
• Coordinate training, performance reviews and KPI follow-ups, and maintain training and performance records
• Support compliance with UAE labour requirements, company policies and HR procedures, including HR audits, document renewals and disciplinary documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Relevant HR administration experience; retail or multi-location experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of UAE labour law and HR procedures
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, attendance, benefits and employee records
• Able to handle confidential information professionally

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll systems
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up and attention-to-detail skills
