HR Analyst – Manpower Planning & Compensation

About the role
The HR Analyst will support the company's strategic workforce planning and compensation initiatives. You will work closely with senior HR leaders to ensure staffing levels, cost structures and reward programs align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse current manpower inventory to identify skill gaps and staffing needs for short‑ and long‑term plans.
- Develop and maintain organisation charts and contribute to the overall HR manpower budgeting process.
- Support the design and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, including wage structures, pay‑for‑performance programmes and market benchmarking.
- Produce HR reports, proposals and analytical insights to drive best‑practice solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, local market conditions and competitor benefit schemes to recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or a related field.
- HR professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM is preferred.
- 2–3 years of broad HR experience, ideally within Oil & Gas or a similar industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
