HR Assistant – Manpower Supply & Contracting

About the role

AL Rawabit Alasriyah General Contracting is looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support its manpower supply operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling workforce documentation, assisting recruitment pipelines, and maintaining personnel records within a contracting environment. The assistant will work closely with site supervisors and public relations officers to ensure smooth HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain digital and physical employee files and update HR databases.
• Coordinate onboarding procedures, including visa processing, medical appointments, and Emirates ID logistics.
• Track daily attendance, manpower allocation, and renewal dates for certifications and work permits.
• Support recruitment sourcing, candidate screening, and site deployment mobilization.
• Assist site supervisors and public relations officers with HR‑related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR administration within manpower supply or general contracting.
• Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
• Strong English communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes, visa handling, and labor documentation.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
