About the role
Ontime Manpower Supply is seeking a motivated HR Assistant to support talent acquisition activities in Al Garhoud, Dubai. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating recruitment for blue‑collar and grey‑collar positions.
Key responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates for blue‑collar and grey‑collar job openings.
- Screen CVs and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Assist with onboarding activities and keep recruitment documentation up to date.
- Provide accurate reporting and administrative support for daily talent acquisition operations.
Required profile
- Preferably experienced in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring tasks efficiently.
