HR Business Partner – Boutique Marketing Agency

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our boutique marketing agency in the UAE. The role will support leadership across creative, media, digital, production, and events functions, ensuring HR initiatives are tightly aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organisational effectiveness.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for creative, media, digital, production, events, and client‑services roles.
• Drive employee engagement, talent development, and retention programmes.
• Support workforce planning, organisational change, and performance review cycles.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through off‑boarding.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations to business leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–12 years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles.
• Mandatory experience in UAE agency environments (creative, media, digital, branding, production, events or integrated marketing).
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, influencing and problem‑solving abilities.
