HR Business Partner (Middle East/Asia Pacific)

About the role

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor and primary liaison between leadership and the HR department, supporting offices in Dubai and Singapore. You will translate business strategy into workforce plans, talent strategies and organisational designs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs, define position requirements and support re‑skilling initiatives.
• Lead recruitment processes, advise hiring managers on behavioural competencies and manage leadership hiring and onboarding.
• Conduct skill‑gap analyses, design professional development programmes and oversee training ROI.
• Coach managers on employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Use data‑driven tools for talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Support change management, team redesign and performance calibration across the region.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience managing multi‑region populations, preferably in energy trading.
• CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma or equivalent.
