HR Business Partner – Nightlife (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to General Managers within the Nightlife division, translating operational objectives into high‑impact people strategies while aligning with group‑wide HR standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as HR advisor for 3–5 venues, overseeing onboarding, transfers, payroll coordination and off‑boarding.
• Manage and develop an HR Executive, ensuring consistent case handling and documentation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and HR Operations Centres of Excellence to deliver group‑aligned programmes.
• Drive workforce planning and recruitment for front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house and specialist Nightlife roles.
• Own monthly payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and WPS compliance.
• Handle employee‑relations matters, coordinating investigations and disciplinary processes per UAE labour law.
• Ensure policy and statutory compliance, preparing headcount, turnover, absenteeism and ER reports.
• Conduct regular in‑venue inspections and GM check‑ins, with occasional evening presence as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in HR or related field.
• 6–8 years of HR experience, preferably multi‑site hospitality, F&B or nightlife.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Experience managing or coordinating a direct report preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior operational stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in WebHR payroll system.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
