HR Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to support the HR Manager in Dubai. The role ensures smooth daily HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, visa processing, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: post vacancies, screen applications, arrange interviews, and manage offer letters.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and build a candidate database for current and future needs.
• Oversee onboarding: prepare contracts, induction schedules, employee files, and arrange uniforms, equipment, and system access.
• Manage visa, labour card, medical examinations, Emirates ID, and related documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws.
• Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, track salary adjustments, benefits, and insurance enrolments.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and support probation reviews and performance management.
• Produce HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
