HR Coordinator

About the role

We are a fast‑growing trading and logistics firm operating across the GCC, focused on FMCG, electronics and industrial supplies. As we expand rapidly across the UAE, we are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to streamline core HR functions and build a seamless people‑operations backbone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee onboarding, including offer letters, documentation, orientation and system access.
• Administer payroll, benefits and leave records in line with UAE labour law and internal policies.
• Coordinate visa processing, Emirates ID renewals and government filings with MOHRE, GDRFA and other authorities.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in digital HR systems and physical files.
• Support recruitment logistics by scheduling interviews, preparing interview kits and updating candidate databases.
• Assist in organising internal events, celebrations and employee‑engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience with HRIS tools such as BambooHR or Zoho People.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and visa/immigration procedures.
• Hands‑on payroll administration and employee record‑keeping experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• Prior experience in a trade, logistics or import‑export environment is desirable.
