HR Coordinator

About the role

Marsh is looking for an organized, responsive early‑career HR professional to join its Dubai office as an HR Coordinator. You will support HR Managers in delivering day‑to‑day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across Marsh UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Assist HR Managers with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, coordinating with Payroll, IT, Facilities and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in line with company policies.
• Prepare and update HR documents, letters, forms and reports.
• Respond to employee queries, track HR actions and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support compliance with UAE labour law, internal policies and audit requirements.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience or exposure to onboarding/off‑boarding and payroll coordination.
• Familiarity with UAE labour law and local HR compliance requirements.
• Prior experience in a professional services or client‑facing HR environment (nice to have).
