HR Director (UAE National)

About the role

A leading Abu Dhabi company, represented by Black Pearl Consult, is looking for an experienced HR Director (UAE national) to drive its HR and administrative functions. The role covers HR strategy, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and general administration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals
• Lead recruitment and selection, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding
• Maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour laws
• Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
• Oversee compensation and benefits, including salary structures, incentives and welfare initiatives
• Run training and development programmes
• Manage the HRIS and keep records accurate
• Oversee administrative functions such as facilities management, office supplies and travel arrangements
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Lead the HR and administrative teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential
