HR Generalist – Dubai

About the role

Altawiz Consultancy LLC is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its team in Dubai. The role involves independently managing day‑to‑day HR operations and ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Process payroll inputs and support salary‑related procedures, including WPS.
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Utilize ERP/HRMS platforms to manage HR data efficiently.
• Coordinate MOHRE and Free Zone‑related employee processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in UAE HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and WPS.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/HRMS software.
• Good knowledge of the MOHRE website and UAE labour procedures.
• Experience with Free Zone portals and employee‑related processes.
• Proven ability to manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, leave and attendance.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
