HR Manager – Arabic Speaker for Technical Contracting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a leading technical contracting company in Abu Dhabi. The role involves establishing and managing HR functions, developing policies, and supporting the company’s growth through effective people management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve company‑wide HR policies, procedures and systems.
• Ensure HR frameworks comply with UAE Labour Law and company requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding and induction.
• Oversee employment contracts, renewals, amendments and maintain employee documentation.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances and performance management.
• Support manpower planning, organisational development initiatives and coordinate staffing with department heads.
• Maintain personnel records, HR reporting systems and assist with payroll and benefits administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, technical contracting, MEP, engineering or facilities management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures from scratch.
• Strong experience in recruitment and employment contract management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Arabic language skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
