HR Manager – Generalist & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources and administration function in the UAE. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, training and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for professional and workforce roles, partnering with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs.
• Oversee employee visa processing, HR documentation, onboarding, leave and attendance records, and payroll coordination.
• Administer medical insurance, Workmen Compensation Insurance and support compensation structures and market benchmarking.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee requests, grievances, disciplinary processes and engagement initiatives.
• Implement performance review systems, training programmes, safety inductions and ensure compliance with UAE labour law and ISO audits.
• Track HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism and headcount, using data to improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 8+ years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, visa and Emirates ID processes, WPS and insurance requirements.
• Proven experience in recruitment for both white‑collar and blue‑collar workforces.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/HRIS systems (Oracle ERP preferred) and payroll coordination.
• Experience supporting ISO or similar compliance audits.
