HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for a well‑established Food & Beverage retail company in Dubai. The role will drive HR strategy, ensure compliance and support the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee workforce planning, organizational design and talent management.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, compensation and benefits design.
• Implement performance management systems and oversee payroll, ensuring compliance with the Wage Protection System.
• Handle immigration processes, license renewals, and administer medical, life and workmen’s compensation insurance.
• Maintain ERP/HRMS systems, employee self‑service portal and generate real‑time HR metrics.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification.
• 10–15 years of HR management experience in the F&B or retail sector.
• Proven track record in compensation design, payroll management and HR digital transformation.

Required skills

• ERP and HRMS administration.
• Payroll processing and WPS compliance.
• Immigration and licensing procedures.
• Compensation and benefits structuring.
