HR Officer

About the role

The HR Officer will manage and coordinate core HR activities across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee support and off‑boarding. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with employees, managers, and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding, including documentation, inductions, exit procedures and return of company property.
• Maintain complete, accurate and confidential employee files and records in Odoo and other systems.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, certificates and other routine HR documents.
• Track probation periods, contract renewals, leave, attendance and other HR deadlines.
• Support recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, offer preparation and pre‑employment arrangements.
• Respond to employee and manager queries on HR processes, policies, leave and documentation.
• Prepare and verify HR data for payroll processing and coordinate performance evaluation activities.
• Produce regular reports on headcount, recruitment, attendance, leave and employee movements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience in a multi‑department organization.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly and manage multiple priorities.
