HR Operations Manager – Dubai

About the role

Magna Financial is seeking an organised and proactive HR Operations Manager to own the operational HR function across its growing international business. Based in Business Bay, Dubai, you will ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining compliance and efficiency in all HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, probation, record keeping, contractual changes, and off‑boarding.
• Oversee UAE visa and immigration processes and support international employee requirements.
• Own and continuously improve BambooHR, ensuring accurate records, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and operational standards for a multi‑jurisdictional workforce.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation in line with UAE Labour Law and other relevant legislations.
• Collaborate with leadership and the People function to ensure consistent HR processes and an excellent employee experience.
• Support employee relations matters, respond to HR queries, and partner with managers on people initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, automate tasks, and enhance operational efficiency as the business scales.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Manager roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa and immigration procedures, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance, and documentation best practices.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Background in Financial Services, Professional Services, or a multi‑entity environment is a plus.
