HR Policy Specialist (UAE National)

About the role

Weatherford is seeking an HR Policy Specialist to assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and UAE labor regulations. The role supports policy communication, implementation, and employee awareness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update HR policies in line with business requirements and labor regulations.
• Support policy communication and employee awareness initiatives.
• Conduct policy benchmarking and research.
• Assist in policy interpretation and application.
• Maintain HR governance documentation and records.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Policies, HR Governance, Employee Relations, or a related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
