HR Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and results‑oriented HR Recruiter to join our Dubai headquarters and support the growth of WYCON Cosmetics in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from defining profiles to onboarding.
• Proactively source and attract candidates through multiple channels.
• Analyze hiring needs and craft accurate job descriptions.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates and make hiring recommendations.
• Support employer branding initiatives and HR projects.
• Collaborate with the HR team at our Italian headquarters and other international functions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Previous experience in retail, FMCG, fashion, beauty or consumer goods is preferred.
• Fluent in both Italian and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle independently.
• Excellent organizational, priority‑management and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
