HSE Officer – Health, Safety & Environment

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to support the implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental standards across its world‑class attractions in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all applicable HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve permit‑to‑work documentation.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and safety assessments.
• Review risk assessments and recommend control measures.
• Coordinate HSE training, maintain training records, and deliver toolbox talks.
• Investigate incidents and support corrective‑action implementation.
• Monitor contractor activities for HSE compliance.
• Support emergency preparedness exercises and drills.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the HSE function.

Required profile

• NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of operational work experience, preferably in HSE.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
