HSSE - Into-Plane Fuelling

About the role

Ultimate HR Solutions is recruiting a full-time, on-site HSSE professional for into-plane fuelling operations at Dubai International Airport (DXB). The role leads day-to-day HSSE implementation, ensuring alignment with JIG 1 standards, the JIG HSSE Management System (HSSEMS), UAE regulations and company policy, while building a proactive safety culture and improving risk controls and workforce competence.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSSE policies, procedures and standards across into-plane fuelling operations
• Ensure compliance with JIG 1, HSSEMS, UAE regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Conduct routine inspections, audits and safety observations on airside operations
• Identify hazards, assess risks and implement control measures
• Lead incident reporting, investigation and root cause analysis, and track corrective actions to closure
• Deliver HSSE training, toolbox talks and coaching to ramp and fuelling personnel

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of HSSE experience in aviation fueling, logistics, oil & gas or industrial environments

Required skills

• Working knowledge of JIG 1 (Issue 13) and JIG HSSE Management System (Issue 3)
• Awareness of EI/JIG 1530 and IATA fueling procedures
• Familiarity with UAE GCAA ground operations guidance (e.g. CAAP 46), including fueling with passengers onboard
