Human Resources Executive

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Executive to manage end‑to‑end HR operations for boutique hotel clients. You will ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and smooth workforce lifecycle management from onboarding to exit.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR issues, maintaining employee records in digital HRIS and physical files.
• Execute onboarding, induction, and exit formalities, including clearance and settlement.
• Manage time‑keeping systems, roster scheduling, and leave administration.
• Collate payroll inputs, process payroll, and ensure statutory deductions and compliance with local employment laws.
• Oversee accommodation allocation, asset tracking, and HR self‑service support.
• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for front‑office, F&B, housekeeping, and support staff.
• Prepare HR reports, support manpower planning, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in hospitality or HR outsourcing.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws; GCC/UAE exposure is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with HR software (HRIS, ERP, payroll and attendance systems).
• Proficiency in managing employee records, payroll processing, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
