Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to act as a strategic partner for our business units. In this role you will collaborate with leaders to diagnose organisational challenges and design comprehensive HR solutions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to anticipate HR needs and propose solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives, creating tailored career development plans to retain top talent.
• Design and manage talent development programs that foster continuous learning and improve employee performance.
• Analyse HR data to identify issues, support fair evaluation and compensation processes, and optimise HR systems for efficiency.
• Drive performance management, ensuring objective assessments and alignment with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 8 years of broad HR experience covering planning, recruitment, L&D, evaluation and compensation.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities to interact with employees and executives at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to link HR initiatives with market trends and long‑term growth.
• Fluency in English and ability to work in a global environment are highly preferred.
