Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment and HR operations during a rapid growth phase. The role will build the organisational structure, ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, and support the company’s ambition to manage over 1,000 properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, including publishing vacancies, screening applications, conducting interviews and preparing offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and end‑of‑service processes, prepare contracts and maintain employee records.
• Handle MOHRE, GDRFA and Wage Protection System (WPS) procedures, and support payroll preparation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and maintain accurate leave and attendance records.
• Improve onboarding processes, develop HR policies and contribute to a strong company culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in hotel, hospitality or holiday‑homes sector.
• Strong recruitment background with ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and experience with MOHRE, GDRFA and WPS platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English.
