- Lead HR transformation projects such as HRIS, payroll and attendance systems, biometrics, digital records, approvals, reporting and automation.
- Act as an HR partner to the CEO and Senior Management on workforce planning, restructuring, expansion and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.

- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist.
- Strong UAE HR experience and good working knowledge of UAE employment regulations.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site HR operations.
- Experience in cinema, entertainment, hospitality, F&B, retail or similar high-volume environments is highly advantageous.
- Ability to turn policies into practical procedures, and a hands-on, proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
