Human Resources Officer – Dubai Downtown

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑driven, energetic Human Resources Officer to support day‑to‑day HR operations at our vibrant hotel in Dubai Downtown. You will ensure smooth onboarding, maintain accurate employee records, and help bring our inclusive culture to life.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full colleague lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, ensuring a welcoming experience for new joiners.
• Maintain employee records, files, and attendance in line with company policies and UAE labour regulations.
• Coordinate employee benefits, including medical insurance administration and respond to related queries.
• Support engagement initiatives, team events, celebrations, and wellbeing programmes to foster a connected workplace.
• Create visually engaging internal communications using tools such as Canva and assist with short videos or reels.
• Assist with performance management, employee relations matters, HR reporting, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Required profile

• Experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably within hospitality or a service‑driven environment.
• Energetic, organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a people‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable using digital and creative tools for internal communication.
• Professional demeanor that balances approachability with the trust and integrity required in HR.
