Human Resources Officer – Employee Experience

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering a seamless employee journey, from onboarding through to offboarding, while upholding high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency across all people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Support the end‑to‑end offboarding process, including exits and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems.
• Prepare HR documentation and assist with employee lifecycle activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and engaging employee experience.
• Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations activities, including disciplinary and performance management processes.
• Contribute to People Experience initiatives and continuous improvement of people processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Experience, Employee Relations, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, especially onboarding and offboarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in hospitality or multi‑site operations is advantageous.
