Human Resources Officer (UAEN)

About the role

Speciality Hospital Dubai is looking for a Human Resources Officer to support HR administration and staff documentation within the hospital. The role covers employee records, document handling, staff onboarding and visitor reception.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee files according to JCIA requirements and handle document filing.
• Distribute evaluation forms and job descriptions for staff and newly joined employees, including outsourced staff.
• Distribute job descriptions and privileges to newly joined doctors and CBD doctors, and renew privileges when they expire.
• Scan the file of resigned employees.
• Distribute circulars, emails and other documents.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Attend visitors and arrange medicals and Twajeeh training.
• Handle employee enquiries and NMC Connect queries.
• Manage nursing staff files during JCIA audits.
• Perform other related work as instructed by the Head of the Department and follow JCIA and hospital rules.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of general experience; HR experience preferred.
• Good spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
• General knowledge of local employment laws and practices.
• Good interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentiality.

Required skills

• Computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
