Human Resources (People & Organization) Intern – Dubai

About the role

Siemens is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join its People & Organization team in Dubai. The role offers hands‑on exposure across multiple HR functions, allowing you to build a comprehensive view of modern HR while working with experienced professionals in a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support P&O Business Partners with day‑to‑day people topics, onboarding and Welcome Days.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives together with the People & Culture team.
• Coordinate learning programmes and talent‑development activities.
• Assist the Total Rewards function with market compensation research, benefits administration and reward projects.
• Support Talent Acquisition through sourcing, interview coordination, career fairs and employer‑branding campaigns targeting regional talent.
• Apply a digital mindset to improve dashboards, processes and collaboration tools.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s programme in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
• Genuine curiosity about HR and eagerness to explore multiple domains.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to interact with all organisational levels.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking and comfort with technology.
• Ownership and reliability – able to work independently on tasks.
