About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Workforce Planning professional to implement workforce‑planning policies, analyse manpower needs and support strategic HR initiatives in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Implement workforce‑planning policies, procedures and projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Analyse staffing levels, turnover, attrition and future capability gaps, and prepare dashboards, forecasts and risk assessments.
- Maintain vacancy inventories, update job descriptions and workforce structures, and coordinate with recruitment, finance and OD teams.
- Analyse Emiratization reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in HR with 2+ years experience, or Bachelor’s with 4+ years, or Diploma with 6+ years.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, manpower budgeting, organizational structures and Emiratization practices.
- Fluent English; Arabic highly preferred.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, HR dashboards, ERP or HR information systems.
