About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Recruiting Specialist to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will independently manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple departments and seniority levels, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified talent for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for various departments and seniority levels.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and communicate regularly with candidates.
• Prepare job descriptions and publish vacancies on relevant channels.
• Support onboarding and general HR activities.
• Maintain employee and recruitment documentation.
• Assist management with HR‑related requirements as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/Dubai recruitment market.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, professional, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience recruiting for financial services, fintech, forex, or corporate roles is a plus.
• Well‑connected within the Dubai recruitment market and proactive in headhunting.
