Human Resources Relationship Manager

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for an experienced Human Resources Relationship Manager to lead HR service delivery for boutique hotel clients across the UAE. You will supervise a team of HR Executives on‑site, ensure compliance with UAE labour law, and act as the primary liaison between hotel management and the outsourcing firm.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HR service delivery, payroll accuracy and statutory filings for multiple hotel clients.
• Audit HR Executive outputs, ensure compliance registers and SLA adherence.
• Prepare and present consolidated HR reports (payroll, attrition, attendance, leave balances) to client and corporate leadership.
• Mentor and appraise HR Executives, driving standardisation of HR processes across properties.
• Escalate critical legal or compliance issues to head office and support business development pitches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of HR experience, including at least five years in executive and international HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and ability to build professional relationships at all staff levels.
• Proven problem‑solving, conflict resolution and independent work capabilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HR software such as ERP, HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Expertise in payroll processing, employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave management and recruitment.
