Human Resources Specialist – Hospitality

About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join its Head Office in Dubai. The role focuses on managing employment processes, contracts, and compliance within the hospitality sector.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Administer employment contracts and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and DIFC regulations.
- Process payroll and manage the WPS system.
- Maintain and update HRIS data and documentation.
- Handle visa applications and related regulatory matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in hospitality or hotels.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, DIFC Law and visa regulations.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism and organizational skills.
- Fluent English.
