Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our Dubai team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support daily HR operations and help ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR policies and procedures, responding to employee inquiries.
• Support recruitment activities, coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage personnel documentation.
• Administer employee benefits, handling enrollments, updates and communications.
• Assist managers with performance and personnel matters.
• Contribute to HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and a respectful, inclusive workplace.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align HR practices with business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in an HR role, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR policies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting (advantage).
