Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will work on‑site in Dubai, handling day‑to‑day HR operations for One Life Tourism. This full‑time position supports employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and compliance with UAE labour regulations while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation.
• Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
• Coordinate employee benefits administration and related documentation.
• Assist with performance management and employee relations matters.
• Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
• Support recruitment activities and organize HR‑related training and communications.
• Collaborate with management to promote an inclusive, high‑performing environment.

Required profile

• Strong HR and HR management experience in day‑to‑day operations.
• Knowledge of HR policies and UAE labour regulations.
• Expertise in employee benefits administration.
• Solid personnel management skills, including employee relations and performance support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in a multicultural setting.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior HR experience, preferably in tourism or service sectors.
