IMS & QHSE Manager

About the role

The IMS & QHSE Manager will maintain and develop Pyxis' Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with QHSES requirements across all departments. The role supports senior leadership in embedding systematic risk management and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the IMS relevance as the company grows and ensure senior leadership commitment to QHSES requirements.
• Implement proactive risk management during project tendering, planning and delivery phases.
• Source, provide and manage internal and external resources needed for IMS maintenance and QHSES compliance.
• Monitor operational QHSES compliance, conduct internal audits and support senior management performance reviews.
• Manage incident response, corrective actions and continuous improvement of IMS processes.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering or equivalent management qualification.
• ISO/IMS Auditor certification (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification.
• 5+ years in QHSES‑MS roles, with at least 3 years in UAE‑based positions.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO standards and UAE regulatory requirements.
