In-Store Operations Manager – Retail Media

About the role

The In‑Store Operations Manager will lead the execution of retail media activities across multiple UAE store locations. You will ensure that digital and print advertising assets are deployed, maintained, and optimised to drive commercial performance and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead in‑store retail media operations across all stores, maintaining high performance and reliability.
• Manage deployment, utilisation, and maintenance of digital screens, print media and other advertising assets.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing and Store Operations teams to align media activities with business objectives and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs, operational standards and brand guidelines.
• Plan, schedule and govern advertising campaign execution to ensure flawless delivery.
• Monitor media network performance, conduct audits and coordinate issue resolution with IT and maintenance teams.
• Analyse campaign and operational data to generate insights, improve effectiveness and maximise revenue.
• Support team development through coaching, performance management and training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in retail media, advertising operations or digital media.
• Strong knowledge of in‑store media formats, digital screens, CMS and advertising technologies.
• Proven experience managing vendors and cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication, project management and organisational abilities.
