About the role
The Arbor School, an international school in Dubai following the United Kingdom curriculum, is looking for an Inclusion Teacher to join its Learning Support and Enrichment department for the Elementary/Primary stage, starting August 2027. The teacher supports students with diverse learning needs so that each receives tailored instruction that promotes their academic and personal growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an inclusion or special educational needs setting
- Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum
- Ability to develop individualized learning plans and adapt teaching strategies to varied student needs
- Excellent communication skills for working with teachers, parents and support staff
- Proficiency with assessment tools used to monitor student progress
- Commitment to an inclusive classroom, patience and empathy, collaboration in a multidisciplinary team, and dedication to promoting positive self-esteem and independence
