About the role
JD.com is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for its Middle East operations, covering categories such as warehouse equipment, consumables, interior renovation, and administration.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize the end‑to‑end procurement process, from request handling and supplier sourcing to procurement planning and vendor performance management.
- Control procurement costs by designing effective models, conducting cost analysis and leveraging historical data.
- Build and maintain sustainable supplier relationships to ensure a reliable supplier ecosystem.
- Analyze procurement data regularly and propose innovative improvements.
