Indirect Tax Manager - Dubai

About the role

PwC is hiring an Indirect Tax Manager in Dubai within its Tax & Legal Services line of service. The role focuses on VAT, GST, sales tax and other indirect taxes, advising clients on indirect tax planning, compliance and strategy so they can navigate complex regulations and optimise their tax positions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the parts of a system
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring their planning, budgeting, execution and completion
• Partner with team leadership on quality, timelines and deliverables
• Mentor and coach team members, using work reviews to deepen their expertise
• Handle conflicts and difficult conversations with clients, team members and stakeholders, escalating where appropriate
• Uphold professional and technical standards, the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
