Influencer Marketing Manager – Arabic Speaker

About the role

PIPA MEDIA is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Influencer Marketing Manager to join its Dubai office. You will design, launch, and optimise influencer campaigns, primarily on TikTok, helping brands connect authentically with their audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, vet, and source influencers aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage outreach, negotiations, and contract agreements.
• Develop campaign briefs, coordinate content production, and monitor timelines.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results, and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure influencer strategies support overall marketing goals.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and strong written English communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organisational skills with a focus on detail and deadline adherence.
