Information Technology Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Treasury to lead strategic Treasury and technology initiatives within a regulated financial‑services environment. The role requires end‑to‑end delivery ownership from initiation through closure.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, track and govern projects, managing RAID (risk, issue, assumption, dependency) throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare executive reporting, SteerCo packs, dashboards and senior presentations.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Technology, Architecture, Compliance, Legal and Procurement.
• Manage vendors, consultants and third‑party partners, overseeing budget, resources, funding and delivery tracking.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of project or programme management experience in banking, Treasury, Global Markets, fintech or regulated financial services.
• Strong understanding of Treasury processing flows, cash and liquidity management, market data and front‑to‑back operations.
• Experience delivering Treasury platform enhancements, system integrations, PoC/MVP or innovation‑led initiatives.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Treasury platforms such as Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv, Flexcube, FMC, Murex or Calypso.
