About the role
Hamdaztech Technology Services LLC is looking for a skilled, customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join its team in the UAE. The work locations are Ajman and Madinat Zayed, Liwa, and candidates fluent in Arabic are required.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure and maintain operating systems and business applications.
- Support users with IT queries and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain IT documentation and keep day-to-day IT operations running smoothly.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
Required skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, hardware and basic networking.
- Excellent Arabic communication skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
